Kate Valentine is a former broadcast reporter. Her goal with this podcast is to give sellers a glimpse within the walls of Amazon to give them an inside scoop. The tagline for this podcast is “You’ll only hear from former and current Amazon employees.” It’s the newest podcast on the list but it packs a dense amount of content into a short period of time. Each episode is around 10 minutes.
ASM also has dedicated marketing managers who send out emails advertising the program to potential affiliates. The sales copy is quite attractive and mentions how “current [ASM] students are selling over $7.8 million per month on Amazon!” Affiliates who promote ASM receive a generous $524.55 per up-front sale and up to 4 x $149.50 = $598.20 per each installment purchase.
Because the price of ASM is absurd i was looking for any help on Amazon and Alibaba. Then I remembered I bought Importing Fortunes many years back but can’t access the site anymore. That’s when i decided to make a search on a review on the product. I landed on your site and read your review. Made good sense.

I agree with you somewhat here. There will always be people who do well and those who don’t. Just like any business, some people will fail. Anyone who is thinking about buying ASM because they think it’s the once in a lifetime opportunity to buy a winning lotto ticket shouldn’t buy this. It’s a business. It takes work and success isn’t guaranteed.
Scott provides real value to his listeners. He has given so much time and information here, and has enabled many people to make significant changes in their lives and businesses. With his advice I was able to build a valuable side business, enjoying the journey along the way. I highly recommend!!!!
I followed the promotional videos for the ASM a while back and at the time I remember I was quite impressed. But, they keep the price until the end and when I saw how much it was I followed no further.

The podcasts are pretty good, and I followed the same path you did…after listening to about 10 of them, it started getting old, I wasn’t learning anything, and so I quit listening. That said, he has a lot of good content that will get people started, and I think he tries to err http://www.wicz.com/story/37326182/news the side of caution when giving advice.
I have been listening to this podcast (eight hours a day while sitting in my cubicle at work) for weeks now. Like many people, my goal is to get out of the cubicle and live a life of freedom. Well, I had heard of this whole FBA “Private Label” business before, but as soon as I started listening to Scott’s show I has HOOKED. Never boring, always insightful, and extremely motivating. Thanks for all you do, Scott.
With regard to training, people can make their own choices about what is a good value for their money. I guess I don’t really understand why you’d pay for training to teach you the holy grail when most people haven’t just used the existing (and free) training that Amazon provides to do some testing of their own.
If you are assuming people are taking action, the difference between the people that succeed and the ones that don’t succeed is simply the ability to evaluate products and buy them at the right price. Personally, I don’t think that a training program can really teach you that. If you can evaluate them and buy them right, then everything else is just amplifying your results.
