Exactly. It’s still about competition. If they found something that brings in the $, they don’t want others on the bandwagon! And after hundreds or thousands of “clients” out trying to duplicate the success, most will end up at the dead end and give up when the money runs out and disillusionment sets in.
When I started with PAC I was going out to markets and charity shops with a target to buy 20 items aday (I also bought a scanner with my iPhone, which was pretty cool.) The only snag my phone battery died or a lost signal.

Like I said though, if you haven’t attempted to sell thru FBA, then I think you’re wasting your money. I don’t know if people realize this, but there is a forum full of successful FBA sellers at Amazon that are 10x more knowledgeable than most of the product creators I’ve seen.

Hi I’d love to get more info from you. I’m terrified of paying the huge startup and thinking of borrowing the money but my hubby is so against doing that. I’m so ready to start but the cost of the course is so high….
Cost of education is really relative to what you gain with the training. If you learn how to earn by importing and can continue to improve upon your importing business, than it probably doesn’t matter.

I still don’t understand why these guys need to make a course about it and sell it. If they’re making so much money, and want to make more, surely they’re better off finding some more product opportunities on Amazon that they can white-label?
Selling 50 to 300 units a month is realistic, you only have to monitor a few products to see how many are selling, I’m talking average here, once in a while somebody will do much better, and a lot much worse if you choose the wrong product
I’m going to take the plunge into Private Label FBA, and TAS now has this Private Label Classroom, but it’s pricey and it’s not necessary…Scott even says the information in the classroom isn’t secret or special, that everything you need is in his free podcasts and free resources. The classroom more is about the community, the visual learning, structured implementation plan, and weekly Q&As with Scott (and a guy named Chris I think). So they are definitely being transparent about what the classroom is and isn’t and I think it may be good at holding me accountable and actually get this done in a timely manner…but if I can save ~$900 and get a product of mine up and running then that’s probably the better method…
SEO is one of the important ways of getting traffic to website. So if you already know or you are still at idea generation process for your product, this will be a perfect suite for an online success.

2) Matt and Jason aren’t as active as i would like them to be. They essentially show up every once in a while, which kind of annoys me, but i guess they have other things to do. Within the 30 day period is when I saw them most, but I guess that’s how it goes

When I joined I was somewhat surprised and upset that over 1500 were in on this, not sure that another 1500 is such a great idea, except for the promoters of course, I see a lot of people trying to sell duplicate products
Scott Voelker got into e-commerce by teaching online photography. He realized he could sell his own informational products online full time and earn a livable income. He built a successful business and brand, New Portrait Biz, in 2008. In 2014 he heard about Amazon FBA sellers and how profitable it could be and decided to take a crack at it. If you’d like to hear more about Scott listen to his first podcasts where he gives a full introduction here.
Before Amazon, you’d either have to sell the product in-person through Craigslist or flea markets, or, you could take your chances with a random online market like eBay. What makes Amazon so powerful is that when people need a product, they go there. There are almost always buyers on Amazon for your products that you obtain through retail arbitrage, and in later chapters, we’ll cover how to make sure that your product will fly off the shelves right after you ship it to Amazon FBA.
